I know I've been in a first grade classroom for a long time when my black lab Ziggy went up to my friend, bothering her, and the words that come out of my mouth are, "Ziggy, That's not appropriate."
I didn't even notice what I said until Mom said, "Ziggy's not a first grader."
And Shalene said, "Ziggy are you going to show me respect now too?"
The three of us couldn't stop laughing!
Only 2 more days in my class!
